Where do you deliver?
We deliver across New Zealand. Enter your delivery address at checkout and contact us first if access or delivery arrangements need checking.
What does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is NZ$25, or free when the goods total after discounts is NZ$100 or more. Express delivery is a paid NZ$25 option, including above the free-delivery threshold.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 24 to 48 hours for order handling, then the published delivery estimate of 5 to 7 days. Timing varies by location.
Can an order arrive in separate packages?
Yes. Items in one order may be dispatched separately for logistical reasons.
How do I track my parcel?
A tracking number is emailed after dispatch. Use our Track Your Parcel page or contact support with your order number.
What currency is used?
Product prices and checkout totals are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Which payment methods are supported?
The checkout supports credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal.
Is there a discount code?
Enter valued-customer in the cart for 15% off the goods total. Delivery is not discounted.
