Using this website

Use this site lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not upload malicious code, threaten or defame others, publish unlawful material or infringe intellectual property. You must be at least 18 to order, or act with a parent or legal guardian’s supervision.

Website content and permission

You may browse the site for shopping and enquiry purposes. Unless we give written permission, our text, images, designs, software and other content may not be commercially reproduced, sold, leased, modified or redistributed. We may restrict access for misuse or unlawful activity.

Orders and payment

Prices and checkout totals are in NZD. Review your selected options, quantities, delivery details and total before payment. Card payments are processed through Stripe; PayPal is also supported. Delivery, returns and cancellation terms are set out in the linked policies.

Account security

If you have used an account on our earlier store, keep its credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. For order assistance use parcel tracking or contact support. This rebuilt storefront does not require an account to place an order.

Availability and changes

Product availability and website information may change. If there is a problem fulfilling a paid order, we will contact you to arrange a solution or refund as required. Changes to published terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights already attached to your order.

Consumer protection

Nothing in these terms, the returns policy or our liability page excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable New Zealand law.
