Information used for orders and support

We use the contact, delivery and order details you provide to process payment, fulfil orders, track delivery and answer enquiries. Payment providers handle payment details. Our order and fulfilment services receive the details needed to process your purchase.

Forms, chat and uploaded media

Contact and wholesale forms use our shared Marketing Command Centre service. The chat assistant is provided through IntellextAI. Information you submit is processed by these services to respond to you. Avoid sending payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Remove location metadata from photographs before submitting them.

Cookies and analytics

The cart and consent preferences use local browser storage. Optional Google Analytics loads only after consent. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Read our cookie policy.

Embedded content and external providers

Forms, chat and other embedded services may receive connection and browser information when loaded. External websites have their own privacy practices. Service providers or our support operations may be outside New Zealand. Overseas disclosures must meet applicable privacy requirements; see the Privacy Commissioner’s guidance.

Retention, access and correction

Order and support records are retained for fulfilment, customer service and applicable accounting or legal requirements. You may ask for access to or correction of information we hold about you, or request deletion where retention is not required. We may need to verify your identity.

Earlier website records

The earlier WordPress store supported accounts and comments, including profile information and optional Gravatar avatars. Those historical records may still be held for support and legal purposes. This rebuilt storefront does not offer public comments or a new customer-account registration form. Contact us about earlier account or comment data.
