Standard delivery is NZ$25, or free when the goods total after discounts is NZ$100 or more. Express delivery is a paid NZ$25 option, including above the free-delivery threshold.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 24 to 48 hours for order handling, then the published delivery estimate of 5 to 7 days. Timing varies by location.

Can an order arrive in separate packages?

Yes. Items in one order may be dispatched separately for logistical reasons.

How do I track my parcel?
