Where we deliver

We deliver across New Zealand.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is NZ$25, or free when the goods total after discounts is NZ$100 or more. Express delivery is a paid NZ$25 option, including when standard delivery is free. The selected charge is shown in your cart before payment.

Handling and delivery time

Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling and processing, then the published estimate of 5 to 7 days for delivery. Timing varies by location. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline; a shorter express timeframe is not published.

Tracking and separate parcels

We email your tracking number once your order ships. Items in one purchase may be sent in separate packages for logistical reasons. Follow your shipment on our Track Your Parcel page.

Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number. Contact us if a parcel is missing, delayed or damaged so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
