    Even if you choose to not read the instructions, the assembly is incredibly easy. At first, I was afraid that it would be too low, however if you follow the instructions on properly inflating the ball, it’s actually at a perfect height for my desk. Im 5’4″

    I have scoliosis and bulging disks in my spine. I often get tingling in my legs if I sit at a desk to long. This helps with my posture and my legs. I would highly recommend this if you need a change. It was also a great way to team build and provide some excitement in the office for improving posture.

    Easy to put together & very sturdy. Frame is hard plastic and light weight. At first I thought it looked like it would be too small but once I figured out how much air I liked in the ball it worked out perfect for me. I absolutely love it!!

    Say goodbye to back problems. Get rid of those old bad back chairs and invest in this chair. Just be sure you understand that when you inflate those exercise balls it takes a few days until they reach full size.
